A 250-unit hotel and suites located in this bustling neighborhood, occupies the top 12 floors of a class A office tower. Its amenities include an international shopping mall and a variety of prestigious restaurants at its base.

The challenge of creating residential suites atop a large office floor plate required creative planning in order to maximize views and natural light. The suites range from 30 square meter studios to one, two and three bedroom suites of 40 - 60 square meters. There are approximately 20 units on each floor.

All accommodations consist of built-in millwork, custom carpets, architectural lighting and a few pieces of loose upholstered furniture. Gracious, understated marble baths, and stainless kitchens are included in each suite. The four penthouses and terraces on the top floor have a breathtaking view of metropolitan Bangkok. The first level of the hotel and suites, on the sixth floor, include a landscaped garden, a pool complete with an outdoor café, poolside lounge, and fitness center. The minimalist spa is an oasis for luxurious pampering adjacent to lush tropical vegetation.
