This 550-unit hotel and apartment suite complex, distributed among seven 10-story buildings, is located in the heart of one of Bangkok's major business district. The complex surrounds a lush tropical garden of palm trees, jasmines and two large free-form swimming pools that complement the tranquil atmosphere.

The buildings were originally planned and designed as condominium units. The scope of work included the re-planning of all units within the existing footprints of the buildings. Each of the guest floors contains a combination of studios, one, two or three bedroom suites. Amenities include a health club, a restaurant, outdoor dining in the landscaped garden and a state of the art telecommunications systems.

The guest units were furnished with custom-designed millwork and furniture manufactured in Italy. Thai artists and artisans were commissioned to create limited edition prints and accessories to complement the richly textured, understated elegance of the interiors.
