The project was to design the office and meeting spaces for the Hines building management staff. These spaces serve as the central command center for all building management operations, and also create an identity for Hines within the building, providing a showcase for prospective tenants. Using a pre-defined standard palette of materials within a small existing shell, Iu+Bibliowicz Architects created a unified space which is both functional and comfortable.

The space was organized around a central glass enclosed conference room and entry lobby, which is evident upon entry into the space. On either side of the conference room are two wings containing a series of private office spaces. One side provides private offices and open workstations for management staff, while the other serves as private offices and a separate conference room for building rental staff.
