This International Financial Services Company headquartered in downtown Manhattan, was originally designed by Carolyn Iu more than a decade ago, so the goal was to update and modernize the aesthetics and services for the two executive floors and entry level lobby.

The floors are visually connected via an open staircase, thus the need for continuity. The first level houses executive offices while the upper level is the executive dining and conferencing floor, accessible through the Chairman's Gallery. There are eleven private small dining rooms and a main dining/conference room which seats approximately 65-70. Each private dining room was designed with its own unique color palette, yet common elements of architecture remained similar from room to room to relate to the project as a whole.

The new reception and security desks on both floors incorporated rich materials such as woven leather and statuary bronze, as well as the latest in security technology, which remains hidden from direct view. An exclusive lounge area outside the main boardroom was added as a breakout/bar area for entertaining or evening events. The tone of the interior was brightened up with lighter, vibrant colors and furnishings that were chosen to augment the updated interior spaces.
